There are many types of wood floors on the market today from engineered and prefinished in all species of wood to unfinished that has to be sanded on the job. Depending on the person's individual need we determine the best application to move forward with. We offer custom patterns and medallions that are implanted in the floor to accentuate more beauty. There are even flush mount air vents made out of most species to match the floor to give the job that extra fine look. There are many different grades of flooring from clear, center tree all the way down to # 2 and rustic which is knotty with a lot of color variation and mineral grain throughout. All these choices come in standard width from 2 1/4 up to custom 12 inches wide and more.

For floors that have to be sanded or re-sanded we offer a wide range of finishes and techniques from oil based finishes to commercial acrylic coatings which are harder and more durable for high traffic applications. For extremely hard, non porous wood that require staining we offer a dye process method to ensure even distribution of the color. We will gladly go into more detail on this process along with all the products used upon request.
